- 1 ¾ cup Torill’s Table Gluten-Free Waffle/Pancake Mix
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 large eggs

- Waffle maker (depending on the shape of the waffle)
- Whisk
- Mixing bowl (or shallow plate for the batter)
METHOD
- Preheat the waffle maker on number four (or medium-low heat).
- Mix together the eggs and buttermilk together until combined.
- Add the waffle mix to the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Brush the preheated waffle maker with butter and add ¼ cup of the batter into the waffle maker.
- Let it cook for 4 minutes or until it is fully cooked. Pro-tip: your waffle maker will start beeping once it is finished cooking the waffle.
- Remove the waffle out of the waffle maker and put it onto a plate or a cooling rack.
- Repeat steps 6-8 until all the batter has been cooked and became waffles.
- Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
