Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup Torill’s Table Gluten-Free Waffle/Pancake Mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs

Directions

EQUIPMENT
  1. Waffle maker (depending on the shape of the waffle)
  2. Whisk
  3. Mixing bowl (or shallow plate for the batter)
METHOD
  1. Preheat the waffle maker on number four (or medium-low heat).
  2. Mix together the eggs and buttermilk together until combined.
  3. Add the waffle mix to the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  4. Brush the preheated waffle maker with butter and add ¼ cup of the batter into the waffle maker.
  5. Let it cook for 4 minutes or until it is fully cooked. Pro-tip: your waffle maker will start beeping once it is finished cooking the waffle.
  6. Remove the waffle out of the waffle maker and put it onto a plate or a cooling rack.
  7. Repeat steps 6-8 until all the batter has been cooked and became waffles.
  8. Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
